tis the season
By chad reichertNovember 10th, 2009
whether we realize it or not the holidays are upon us. as kids big and small are busy devouring the last of the halloween treats, reminders of thanksgiving, christmas and other holidays are quickly popping up. soon, every direction we turn will remind us of celebrations ahead.
as we transition into 2010, pixelgawker thinks this would be a great opportunity to celebrate the spirit of the season by asking all of our authors and readers to contribute examples of holiday design found in detroit and southeast michigan. anything goes. if it’s in a yard, on a building, sitting on a shelf or in the middle of a street, life-size or, miniature, raw or refined, we want to see it.
we invite you to submit a photograph that captures the seasons as only detroit and southeast michigan can. grab a camera and give it your best shot. the results will be featured in a pixel holiday showcase in december.
